tl;dr - PirateSoftware tried to report some people in Ashes for calling him a ferret fucker and making a passing mention of his KF page. The response from ashes was delayed due to an overwhelming number of tickets, and when they finally did investigate the accounts in question only mentioned him briefly and never again. Meanwhile he was watching these accounts in steam and seeing them clock many many hours to confirm they had not been banned before bitching about it.
Then his head mod reported some people talking about making a guild or something to go hunt the gays, no mention of a ticket just an addendum on this leaked DM, so when Pirate didn't get the answer he wanted he made a video totally misrepresenting this DM, saying the community manager's explanation of the guys insulting him was actually the outcome of the other guy hunting down the gays that his head mod posted. He intentionally conflated them to cause drama.
